Course Details
A fun and intensive pre-season programme suitable for everyone. Six week pre-season GK programme with technical, physical and fun elements.
Every Monday beginning on February 15th and finishing on March 21st.
• Young GK’s (10 – 16yrs) from 4.30pm – 5.30pm.
• Older GK’s (17yrs +) from 6pm – 7pm.
Venue: Claudelands Park, Hamilton.
Cost: $65 for all sessions.

Primarily aimed at Goalkeepers, this programme will also benefit other players/sports-people wanting an
interesting pre-season programme to complement their training regime.
